Liljenquist & Beckstead tries to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (except federal holidays) if the order is placed before 12:00 noon EST on weekdays. Weekend orders will not ship until the following Monday.
All items are shipped fully insured with our signature gift wrap. Liljenquist & Beckstead ships via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to one of the options listed above. Delivery times are not guaranteed by Liljenquist & Beckstead or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for weather events that cause the carriers to be delayed.

Please Note Preparation of all orders is subject to availability and approved credit. Customers will receive an email upon order processing with an expected ship date and a second email including pickup instructions or tracking information on the date of shipment.
We are proud to offer instore pickup for all orders. If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email, credit card used for purchase, and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
Security and Insurance of Shipments We insure each order from when we send it until when you receive it. When your order is in transit to you, your shipment is always risk-free. We are required to ship only to the address that matches the billing address of the issued credit card used for purchase.
Adult Signature: We also require a signature on all orders, even if you have a signature waiver on file with the carrier.
