Liljenquist & Beckstead offers a 15 day return policy, beginning on the day of purchase, on products presented in mint condition with the original box, warranty and any spare components.
Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
Returns will not be accepted if the timepiece or jewelry is not in original condition, if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged or missing, or if the hangtags/price tags have been removed from the timepiece of jewelry.
Returns cannot be accepted by mail.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving or sizing in its original condition for a refund or an exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase, accompanied by your order confirmation email.
